Our , Premium Service’ program has
quickly become the most popular program that we offer.
No only does it keep you lawn looking its best all season
long, it also is the best value for your dollar. This
program, which consists of five weed and feed treatments,
plus core aeration, allows us to be back on your property
every five weeks. This enables us to do a better job
for you by keeping plant nutrition and weed control
at optimum levels all season long, plus it gives us
the opportunity to spot potential problems.
Prepay Program
Take advantage of our prepay program
and save 10% on you service for the season, plus you
can save 15% on our tree and shrub program if you are
a , ‘Premium Service’ subscriber.
You may also choose our 5, 4, or 3 application
programs and receive an 8% discount on 5 applications
and a 5% discount on 4 or 3 applications if you prefer
to prepay for the service. Our ‘no charge’
service call guarantee does not cover programs of less
than four treatments.
Our lawn care program
includes a combination of both
granular and liquid products. The best product to use
depends on weather and seasonal conditions. If you see
us make a different type of treatment from time to time
it simply means we are adjusting our program to give
you the best possible type of service depending on current
conditions.
Please keep in mind that while your
local , nitro-green company is entirely locally owned
and operated, we are affiliated with over 100 franchised
locations, which means we have corporate technical staff
to help keep up-to-date on products and services. What

Newsletter
Each time we stop to do a service on
your property we will leave a current , Newsletter to
keep you up-to-date on seasonal problems to watch for,
watering or horticultural tips, and other items of interest
at the time. Our goal is to help you maintain your landscape
looking its best and we think this timely information
will help you do that.
Call First Treatments
Sometimes circumstances require that
we call you before we provide a treatment to your lawn.
If you have a pet in the yard, a locked gate, or any
other reason that you may need to be notified in advance
of a treatment, please make such a note on your return
slip. Please give a daytime number where we can leave
a message and we will call the day before a treatment.
Please remember to notify us if you will be out of town.
Core Aeration Service
Core aeration helps fight such thatch
buildup, promotes improved root development, and allows
better utilization of nutrients, water and air. This
service is a part of our ‘Premium Service’
program, but it can be added to other programs as well.
We recommend aeration instead of power raking as a method
to control thatch.
To get things started in the Spring
we recommend mowing the grass short to remove as much
old plant material as possible, followed be aeration.
This should be done every spring and is also beneficial
in the fall.
Tree and Shrub Service
Our tree and shrub program is designed
to be a comprehensive program to care for all aspects
of your landscape. It includes deep root feeding, insect
control, microinjection and fireblight protection. We
do an insight analysis and develop a proposed service
program for your property. We normally make three service
stops during the season to keep on eye out for unusual
problems that may arise during the season. Check Tree
and Shrub service on your return slop and we will do
an analysis for you and give you a service quote.
